During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: Based on the carrier selected at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders

If your item is listed as a Pre-Order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Cheech Creates is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
