At Cheech Creates, every order is made with care. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Sale or clearance items
• Limited edition releases

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, Cheech Creates does not offer refunds.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• Your order cannot be fulfilled, or
• We determine that an error occurred on our end.
